The content of the letter stated that in recent times, Quang Ninh Provincial Police have drastically implemented solutions to apply science and technology, innovation, and promote the application of digital signatures specifically for public duties in electronic transactions of the Provincial Police.
The results of that have been successfully implemented the specialized digital signature solution for the Public Security sector in reporting and reporting on the situation of fee and charge collection electronically on the tax sector system; helping to convert the reporting information method from the traditional environment to the electronic environment.
