Colonel Le Viet Thang (born in 1972, from Hung Yen) used to hold the position of Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police, Director of Bac Lieu Provincial Police. In January 2023, he was transferred to the position of Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police.
Colonel Dang Xuan Quynh used to hold the position of Head of Department 4, Office of the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security. Since September 2020, he has been Deputy Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police.
