On December 12, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security and the decision of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Major General To Anh Dung - Director of the Provincial Police Department presented the decisions approving the election results for the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department;
Decision approving the election results of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term for Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police;
Awarding the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of the position of Head of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and the position of Head of the Criminal Enforcement Agency, Head of the Provincial Police Detention and Temporary Detention Management Agency to Lieutenant Colonel Kim Duy Cuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Handing over the decision to the above individuals, the Director of the Provincial Police affirmed that this is the trust and special attention of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the Minister of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the contributions and dedication of the 3 Deputy Directors in the cause of national security protection.
On behalf of the Deputy Directors receiving new assignments, Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang promised that in his new position, he would always uphold the role and responsibility of leaders who dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility.
Also this week, on December 10, Hung Yen Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong - Deputy Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
Last week, on December 9, it was also noted that at the working program of the 44th Session, the People's Council of Lang Son province, term XVII, 2021-2026, conducted the contents of personnel improvement under its authority, notably the election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Tung - Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.
At the session, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council unanimously elected Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Tung to hold the position of Member of the Provincial People's Committee, term XVII, 2021-2026.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council dismissed Major General Nguyen Tien Trung, former Director of Lang Son Provincial Police, from the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police from November 21, 2025.
