Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has just signed Decision No. 1411/QD-TTg assigning additional development investment expenditure estimates and central budget public investment plans in 2025 to a number of localities implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021-2025 (phase 3).
According to the decision, additional development investment expenditure estimates and central budget public investment plans for 2025 are assigned to VND 33.067 billion to 4 localities implementing the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction for the period 2021-2025.
Localities include: Tuyen Quang 3.530 billion VND; Son La 22.753 billion VND; Gia Lai 3.685 billion VND; Kien Giang 3.099 billion VND.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested that, based on the development investment expenditure estimate, the 2025 central budget public investment plan of the above-mentioned national target programs, the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang, Son La, Gia Lai, Kien Giang provinces are responsible for implementing the allocation, assignment of additional development investment expenditure estimates, public investment plans, etc.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for supervising and urging the allocation progress, assigning development investment expenditure estimates, central budget public investment plans and organizing the implementation and disbursement of 100% of the estimates and capital plans of the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction in the locality.
Synthesize the implementation status, disbursement of state budget estimates and capital plans for 2025 of the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction to the Ministry of Finance before the 25th of each month.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Finance and the People's Committees of the provinces, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible to the Prime Minister, inspection, auditing, examination agencies and relevant agencies for the accuracy of the content and data reported in the results.
At the same time, it is proposed to allocate and assign additional estimates and plans for public investment of central budget capital in 2025 to implement the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction for the period 2021-2025 to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
