On February 17, Ha Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Vuong Ngoc Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan - Director of the Provincial Police, representatives of a number of departments, branches, sectors and armed forces.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leaders of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department announced the decision to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung - Head of the Economic Police Department, to the position of Deputy Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.
