For the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project Phase 2, the investment plan is agreed according to the public-private investment (PPP) method, with a complete investment scale of 4 lanes combined with smart transportation. The starting point follows the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1), the end point is Thanh Thuy Border Gate Economic Zone. The total estimated investment is about VND15,000 billion.
For the project to build the Provincial General Hospital, agree with the proposed plan and construction location at the Dao Duc Seed Center. The scale of the 1,000-bed hospital, the total investment is about 2,500 billion VND, and the Central Government is proposed to support the investment of 1,200 billion VND.
Regarding the relocation of people and the relocation of the center of Coc Pai town, the agencies continue to complete the project. In particular, clarify the basis for implementing the plan to relocate residents in areas at risk of landslides. In the immediate future, a plan will be developed to urgently evacuate 44 households in high-risk areas before this year's flood season.
