Implementing Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND dated February 25, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Council (HDND) on the establishment and reorganization of other specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the Hanoi People's Committee (UBND), on February 28, 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 24/2025/QD-UBND on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Hanoi Department of Construction after the merger.
The appointment of key officials of the Hanoi Department of Construction is carried out on the basis of merging the Hanoi Department of Construction and the Hanoi Department of Transport in the direction of multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary management, while arranging and restructuring the organization within agencies and units, ensuring streamlining and reducing units.
According to Decision 24, the Hanoi Department of Construction has 25 tasks, 17 departments and equivalents under the department, 6 affiliated public service units and headquarters located at Van Ho Inter- Agency Area, No. 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City.
After the merger, the Hanoi Department of Construction's Board of Directors consists of 1 director and 7 deputy directors.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Thuong - Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction - requested the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire department to unite and unanimously start immediately to improve, implement assignments, and decentralization of assigned tasks, ensure the work of the units is smooth, keep the rhythm and strive to complete assigned tasks well.
