On the afternoon of July 14, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Council held a conference to announce decisions and resolutions on personnel work.
The Standing Committee of the City People's Council said that, implementing the assignment of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, the following members: Nguyen Ngoc Viet, Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) and the City People's Council; Hoang Thi Thuy Hang, Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council; Nguyen Minh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the City People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary of the wards: Dong Da, Tay Mo, Thanh Liet.

To promptly perfect the leadership position, the City People's Council issued Decision No. 15/QD-HDND to appoint Mr. Do Van Truong, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council.
The appointment period is 5 years.
The Hanoi People's Council also issued Resolution No. 445 on approving Mr. Tran Khanh Hung, full-time member of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Hanoi People's Council, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the City People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term.
The City People's Council issued Resolution No. 448 on approving Ms. Lam Thi Quynh Dao, full-time member of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the City People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term.
Speaking at the assignment, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan congratulated the new chief of staff and two deputy heads of the City People's Council on their appointment.
Mr. Tuan believes that the new tasks will have more heavy responsibilities, so he suggested that the newly appointed cadres continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, constantly learn to excellently complete the tasks in their new positions.
