Hanoi tightens land management and public investment

Hanoi - The Hanoi People's Committee (UBND) requires units to focus on tightening land management, public investment and construction order in the area.

On March 26, the Party Committee of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Resolution No. 11-NQ/DU on strengthening land management, public investment, urban management, construction order and ensuring national security, social order and safety in the capital.

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Committee agreed to assign the Hanoi People's Committee to direct the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on leading and directing the implementation of local political tasks; strictly maintain discipline and administrative discipline; ensure regular, continuous operation, without interruption, not affecting the activities of agencies, units, people and enterprises.

In particular, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are required to focus on directing the implementation of land management, public investment, and construction order in the area.

Units need to tighten discipline and order and improve the effectiveness of urban management, strictly implement regulations to ensure order and urban civilization. At the same time, strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations on land management, public investment, and construction order; resolutely and promptly prevent and handle violations, prevent taking advantage of the implementation of the Central's conclusions on the arrangement of administrative apparatus and units to commit violations.

The city's departments, branches, and sectors, along with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, continue to urge, direct and accelerate the implementation progress of key projects; ensure the progress of land acquisition, site clearance, and resettlement for investment projects in the area. At the same time, promptly resolve administrative procedures to serve people and businesses.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee is responsible for presiding over propaganda, public orientation, and protection of the Party's ideological foundation; proactively grasping the ideological and public opinion situation among all classes of people; strengthening information orientation in the fields of culture, ideology, journalism, publishing, ensuring information security and safety.
