Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has signed and issued Decision No. 5697/QD-UBND on awarding Certificates of Merit to individuals with achievements in the fight against crime.
Accordingly, the Certificate of Merit was awarded to 3 individuals who have made outstanding achievements in the fight against crime, including:
Lieutenant Colonel Le Trong Hieu, Deputy Head of Lang Ward Police, Hanoi City, has had achievements in detecting, investigating, and arresting subjects illegally buying and selling drugs and organizing illegal use of drugs that occurred on July 15, 2025 at Chua Lang Street, Lang Ward.
Lieutenant Colonel Dang Dinh Toan, Head of Dinh Cong Ward Police, Hanoi City, has had achievements in verifying, searching and rescuing in a timely manner a case of online kidnapping and blackmail that occurred on September 5, 2025 in Ben Cau Commune, Tay Ninh Province 1.5km from Moc Bai International Border Gate.
Captain Nguyen Hong Phong, Crime Prevention and Control Police Team, Hoai Duc Commune Police, Hanoi City, has had achievements in detecting, investigating, and arresting a subject for illegal drug trafficking that occurred on July 26, 2025 in Zone 7, Hoai Duc Commune.
The bonus level for individuals is implemented according to Article 54 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government. The bonus is taken from the City Emulation and Reward Fund and transferred to the account of Hanoi City Police for implementation.
