On November 21, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union held a conference to announce the Decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat on personnel work of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union.
According to the decisions, the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union recognized Mr. Bui Hai Bang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union to hold the position of Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV, 2022-2027; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong - Head of the Provincial Youth Union Movement Board to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV, 2022-2027.
Previously, on November 8, Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong were elected by the Executive Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union with an absolute number of votes.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and First Secretary of the Central Youth Union Bui Quang Huy congratulated Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong on being trusted by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee and elected to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term XIV.
Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang hopes that Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong in their new positions will continue to promote the good qualities of a Youth Union official, promote youth, creativity and enthusiasm, contribute and lead the Youth Union work and the youth and children's movement to develop further.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the two new leaders of Hai Duong youth to continue studying, improving their knowledge, promoting their roles and responsibilities in advising, leading and directing the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province. At the same time, the new Secretary and Deputy Secretary are responsible for directing the Youth Union and Party committees at all levels to deploy and carry out the task of organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
