12 new communes and wards of 12 districts, towns and cities include: Duong An commune (Binh Giang district), Nguyen Luong Bang commune (Thanh Mien district), Tan An commune (Ninh Giang district), Tan Ky commune (Tu Ky district), Gia Phuc commune (Gia Loc district), Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city), Mao Dien commune (Cam Giang district), An Phu commune (Nam Sach district), Le Dai Hanh ward (Chi Linh city), Nhi Chieu ward (Kinh Mon town), Kim Thanh commune (Kim Thanh district) and Ha Bac commune (Thanh Ha district).
The contents of the trial operation include: organizing work related to the People's Committee apparatus at the first session of the new People's Council of communes and wards; organizing the first meeting of the People's Committee to approve working regulations, work programs and other contents; operating the operation of the Public Administration Service Centers in communes and wards.
The trial operation time of the Public Administration Service Center starts from 2:00 p.m. on June 15 at the headquarters of the People's Committees at the new commune and ward levels and related specialized agencies.
The trial operation aims to check the situation, promptly detect and adjust inadequacies, ensuring the transition process is smooth, synchronous, and in accordance with regulations.
