As of June 11, nearly 1,200 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at Party, government agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at district and commune levels in Hai Duong have submitted applications for early retirement or resignation at will.
These cases are implemented according to the policies and regimes prescribed in Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs are continuing to receive and appraise documents to ensure progress and compliance with current regulations.
Previously, the Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs issued specific instructions on the implementation of the new policy. Accordingly, people who have a decision to retire at the right time on July 1, 2025 will be submitted by the People's Committee at the district level to the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance for settlement.
For cases of retirement after this time, the preparation of documents will be carried out by the new agency or unit after the commune-level merger. For cadres and civil servants under the People's Committee at the district level who retire at the time of July 1, the request dossier should be accompanied by a plan to clearly identify the unit responsible for paying the regime and policies.
