On the afternoon of July 29, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chuyen - Head of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee inspected the preparation for the Party Congress in 4 wards: Hai Duong, Tan Hung, Pham Su Manh and Tran Lieu (term 2025 - 2030).
At the inspection points, the delegation listened to reports on the progress of the congress preparation work, including document development, assignment of tasks, propaganda, ensuring facilities and necessary conditions to serve the organization of the first Party Congress in the newly established localities after the arrangement of administrative units.
According to the assessment, up to this point, the Party Committees of the wards have issued directive documents, fully established subcommittees and working groups, clearly assigning people, work, and progress.
Propaganda and visual encouragement work has received special attention, contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among cadres, party members and people. The development of congress documents, especially the draft Political Report, has been seriously implemented, basically ensuring quality and progress.
According to the plan, the Hai Duong Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term will take place on August 14 and 15.
Speaking at the meeting with Hai Duong ward, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chuyen acknowledged the efforts of the wards in the context of many difficulties, especially when in the early stages of operating the two-level local government model.
The Head of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee emphasized the urgent need to prepare for the current Congress, requiring high focus, especially for the work of completing documents and materials for the Congress.
Mr. Chuyen suggested that the Party Committees of the wards need to speed up the completion of the draft Political Report in a concise, focused, practical direction and demonstrate the local development orientation in the new term. At the same time, he requested the People's Committees of the wards to continue to pay attention to promoting propaganda, launching a widespread emulation movement, and making practical achievements to welcome the congress.
In addition, the development of a congress organization scenario needs to be carefully and scientifically prepared, ensuring time, quality and efficiency, contributing to the successful organization of the first Party Congress of the newly established wards.
