On January 1, the People's Council of Gia Vien Ward (Ngo Quyen District), term 9, 2021 - 2026, held the 15th session to complete the organization of the government apparatus after rearranging and merging the administrative units of Gia Vien, May To and Lac Vien wards into the new Gia Vien ward.
At the meeting, the ward People's Council delegates unanimously elected Mr. Ninh Thanh Tu - Deputy Secretary of Gia Vien Ward Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of the ward People's Council; elected 3 Vice Chairmen of the ward People's Council and Heads of the ward People's Council Committees.
The delegates also elected Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Gia Vien Ward Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and elected 5 officials to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026.
On the same day, the People's Council of Lach Tray Ward completed the organization of the government apparatus after rearranging and merging the administrative units of Lach Tray Ward, Le Loi Ward and Dong Quoc Binh Ward into Lach Tray Ward. Ms. Luu Thi Bich Thuy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, delegate of the People's Council of the ward, term IX, term 2021-2026 - holds the position of Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lach Tray Ward, term IX, term 2021-2026, along with 3 Vice Chairmen of the People's Council.
The meeting also elected Mr. Tran Trung Kien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the old Dong Quoc Binh ward - to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of the new Lach Tray ward along with 5 Vice Chairmen.
In Tien Lang district, the People's Council of Tan Minh commune, term I, 2021 - 2026, held its first meeting to elect new leadership positions after the merger. Tan Minh commune was established on the basis of merging three communes: Toan Thang, Bach Dang and Quang Phuc.
As a result, Mr. Vu Van Vu - Deputy Secretary of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee - was elected as Chairman of the Tan Minh Commune People's Council; Mr. Pham Trung Hieu - Member of the Executive Committee of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee - was elected as Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Doan - Deputy Secretary of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee - was elected as Chairman of the Tan Minh Commune People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Member of the Standing Committee of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee, Mr. Luu Trong Anh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Tan Minh Commune Party Committee - was elected as Vice Chairman of the Tan Minh Commune People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
