Continuing the 9th Session, on the morning of June 25, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Inspection (amended).
The Draft Law on Inspection (amended) amends and supplements regulations related to the arrangement of a streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient system of inspection agencies and overcomes inadequacies, overlaps, and overlaps in the organization and operation of inspections in recent times.
The draft law amends, supplements and completes regulations related to the arrangement of the system of inspection agencies to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient and overcomes shortcomings, limitations, overlaps and overlaps in the organization and operation of inspection activities in recent times.
Accordingly, completely remove regulations on ministerial inspection, general inspection of ministries and departments under ministries, inspection agencies in agencies under the Government, district inspection, inspection of departments and agencies assigned to perform specialized inspection functions; people assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks, procedures for conducting specialized inspections, organizing and conducting internal inspection activities...
Specifically, the inspection sector system after the reorganization proposed in the draft includes: Government Inspectorate; Provincial and centrally run city inspectorates; Inspection agencies in the People's Army, People's Public Security, State Bank of Vietnam; Southern Inspectorate; Inspection agencies established under international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member (inspectorate of the Department of radiation and Nuclear Safety; Inspectorate of the Vietnam Maritime Administration; Inspectorate of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam; Inspectorate of the State Securities Commission).
At the working session on the morning of June 25, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Law on Permits and the Law on Conciliation and Dialogue at the Court.
The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Penal Code.
The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.
The National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the National Assembly Session Regulations issued with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly.
The National Assembly will vote to pass the State Budget Law (amended).
The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Bidding; Law on Investment under the public-private partnership method; Law on Customs; Law on Export Tax, Import Tax; Law on Investment; Law on Public Investment; Law on Management and Use of Public Assets.
The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions.
After the above contents, the National Assembly will hold a separate meeting. The National Assembly Standing Committee reports to the National Assembly on the explanation and acceptance of the opinions of National Assembly deputies discussed at the National Assembly Delegation on organization and personnel work under its authority.
The National Assembly established a Counting Committee (The Counting Committee continues to work in the following votes). The National Assembly decides on personnel work under its authority by secret ballot.
After that, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh presented the Proposal to establish the National Election Council.
