According to information from the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, in the period of 2021-2025, 186 collectives and individuals are proposed to be awarded and posthumously awarded the title of Hero, of which 86 Heroes of the People's Armed Forces (LLVTND) for achievements during the resistance war period, 74 Heroes of the Vietnam Fatherland Front during the renovation period, 25 Heroes of Labor, 1 Heroic city.
Of the above 186 groups and individuals, 148 cases have been decided and organized for acceptance, 38 cases have not yet received.
In addition, there are 324 Emulation Fighters nationwide.
The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is a very important and meaningful activity before the 14th National Party Congress, with a large scale and the largest number of delegates in each Congress.
According to Head of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee Pham Huy Giang, the Congress will have 2,025 official delegates from 34 provinces and cities, 71 ministries, departments and branches attending.
There were 200 guest delegates who are leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and Fatherland Front of Vietnam; leaders of the Central Emulation and Reward Council through the periods; Secretaries of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Government; former Secretaries of Provincial Party Committees and City Party Committees of localities (before the arrangement); delegates representing Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, individual representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Heroes, and Heroes of Labor through the periods.
Expected to be held on December 26 and 27 at the National Convention Center, the Congress will summarize patriotic emulation movements and 5-year rewards (2021 - 2025); honor, reward, and commend collectives and individuals awarded the title of Labor Hero, Vietnam Fatherland Front Hero, National Emulation Fighter; typical advanced collectives and individuals, typical models, and excellent models in patriotic emulation movements and launch emulation movements in the period of 2026 - 2030. This is also an opportunity to enhance the honor and promotion of Vietnamese culture, creating conditions for people to enjoy cultural values.

Emulation movements have closely followed the implementation of political tasks, especially emulation to achieve achievements in the celebration of major holidays and important political events of the country. Many emulation movements are currently being responded to by the entire Party, people and army.
