On June 29, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Director of Hue City Police Department presented the decision to transfer Colonel Kieu Duc Tinh - Deputy Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police; Colonel Bui Ngoc Chung - Deputy Director of Quang Binh Provincial Police to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Hue City Police Department.
Major General Nguyen Thanh Tuan affirmed that the sending of Colonel Kieu Duc Tinh and Colonel Bui Ngoc Chung to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Hue City Police shows the concern of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the personnel work of Hue City Police.
The Director of the City Police believes that, with strong political will and personal capacity and experience, the two comrades will promote their own abilities and strengths to work with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the City Police to lead and direct the entire force to successfully complete the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety and building the Hue City Police force to be increasingly clean, strong, united, unified, and effectively serving the city's political tasks.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Colonel Kieu Duc Tinh and Colonel Bui Ngoc Chung - Deputy Director of Hue City Police thanked the attention, support and direction of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of the city, the City Police, departments, branches, organizations and the people.
