The People's Public Security Investigation Agency organizes a 24/7 criminal duty to receive all denunciations, reports on crimes, recommendations for prosecution, criminals who confess, surrender, and arrested people in cases where there are wanted decisions, cases of serious crimes; receive records to resolve denunciations, reports on crimes, recommendations for prosecution, and criminal case records sent by other agencies and units.
In addition, other agencies of the People's Public Security that detect denunciations and reports of crimes reflected in mass media will receive them for timely handling according to the provisions of law or forward them to competent authorities for handling and resolving.
Agencies, organizations and individuals can view detailed instructions in the Sector of Instructions for Denunciation, Reports on Crimes, and Proposals for Prosecution on the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal.
The Ministry of Public Security has also instructed agencies, organizations and individuals to carry out administrative procedures under the authority of the Ministry of Public Security from March 1.
