During the contract period from January 2019 to July 2025, she took a 6-month maternity leave in accordance with the provisions of labor law.
She is wondering whether when applying for professional title appointment, these 6 months of maternity leave will be deducted from the working time to calculate the conditions, and which regulations are used to calculate or not calculate this time.
