Performance programs, exhibitions, and major cultural events are organized more and more professionally, contributing to promoting the image of Nghe An. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has developed widely. Library activities and reading culture spread, building a social learning platform.
In the field of sports, mass sports are encouraged, raising the rate of people practicing regular sports to over 37%. High-performance sports have won many medals at national and international competitions. Song Lam Nghe An Football Club continues to maintain its position as the leading youth football training center in the country.
In the tourism sector, the whole industry has made efforts to recover and develop after the pandemic, welcoming 6.2 million overnight guests, with total revenue estimated at 11,900 billion VND. The space for tourism development has been expanded, forming many marine, ecological, community, cultural and historical tourism products. Tourism promotion and advertising work is increasingly professional, contributing to enhancing the image of Nghe An destination.
The information, press and publishing sectors are focused on by the Party Committee, and are strictly managed. Propaganda activities, orienting public opinion, and fighting against bad and toxic information on cyberspace have been carried out promptly.
Administrative reform and digital transformation are being promoted, gradually digitizing heritage data, electronic libraries, and building a synchronous management information system.
Party building work has received attention, ensuring the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism. During the term, the Party Committee admitted 36 new Party members, strengthened the grassroots Party organization, improved leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party members.
