On the morning of May 9, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work, transferring and appointing many officials to hold key positions in agencies and units in the province.
According to the announced decisions, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from May 15, 2026.
Ms. Vo Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also announced decisions to transfer and appoint many officials to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the titles of secretary and deputy secretary in localities for the term 2025 - 2030.
In which, Mr. Tran Van Chau - Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Cam Ranh ward was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Lam commune; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tan - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward.
Mr. Phan Van Cuong - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Hiep commune; Ms. Tran Thi Tu Vien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dien Lac commune.
In addition, comrade Phan Anh Hao - Head of the General Department of the Provincial People's Committee Office was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also transferred Mr. Tran Viet Trung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward to work at the Provincial Cooperative Alliance to introduce and elect him to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance and Mr. Le Van Hoan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cam Hiep commune were transferred to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to negotiate and introduce them to be elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province for the term 2025 - 2030.
Along with that, Mr. Tran Ngoc Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Phuoc Dinh Commune People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Hai Ward Party Committee; Mr. Huynh Phuong Nam - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Hai Ward Party Committee was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of My Son Commune Party Committee.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board also announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving and transferring Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang - Director of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio and Television to work at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and appointing her to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic and Industrial Zone Authority. The term of office of officials is 5 years from May 15, 2026.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Xuan Truong emphasized that the cadres who were transferred and appointed were all well-trained, matured from practice, with professional capacity and high sense of responsibility.
According to Mr. Ho Xuan Truong, Khanh Hoa is working with the whole country to implement the arrangement of the organizational structure and operation of the two-level local government model to build a professional and modern administration, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of serving people and businesses.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested officials assigned to new tasks to quickly approach work, promote solidarity, improve management capacity, promote digital transformation, administrative reform and take the efficiency of serving the people as a measure of management capacity.
