The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the head must be responsible for the effectiveness of the use of the payroll and the progress of assigned tasks, especially tasks that are about to expire or have expired. In case of delay or failure to ensure quality in consulting work, it will be strictly handled.
The Provincial People's Committee requires promoting the role and responsibility of the head in directing, operating, and complying with discipline and administrative discipline.
Resolutely handle the responsibility of individuals and agency leaders if there are cases of harassment and inconvenience to cadres in handling administrative procedures; or lack of responsibility and lack of service to the people.
In addition, agencies and localities must review and update the system of legal documents; develop or adjust internal regulations and rules of work in accordance with the actual situation.
The People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones urgently issued the work program for 2025, prioritizing the final handling of tasks under their authority.
The province also requires focusing on improving the quality of handling administrative procedures, increasing the rate of records being processed correctly and ahead of schedule, strictly implementing the one-stop, one-stop mechanism.
Cadres, civil servants and public employees must fulfill their duties, behave properly when meeting citizens, and have clear and transparent instructions on the process of receiving, processing and returning results of documents.
In document management, units need to organize the delivery and receipt of documents in accordance with procedures, ensure state secrets, arrange archives and human resources in accordance with regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee requests to strengthen inspection of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline, especially internal inspection and surprise inspection at the commune and ward levels.
Localities that have been inspected in the first 6 months of 2025 must seriously review and overcome the shortcomings according to the recommendations of the Inspection Team.
