It is necessary to quickly remove institutional bottlenecks to avoid missing the country's development in the new era.

This morning (February 24), in Hanoi, Communist Magazine held a special publication launching ceremony "Unblocking institutional bottlenecks for the country to rise in the new era".

Mr. Le Hai Binh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine - chaired the launching ceremony. Also attending the launching ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Le Hai Binh shared that over the years, institutional reform has always been one of the key tasks of the Party and State to facilitate economic development, improve the quality of state management and people's lives.

However, according to General Secretary To Lam, the main institution is the "bottleneck of bottlenecks", which needs to be quickly resolved to avoid missing the country's development in the new era.

Based on the direction of the General Secretary, Communist Magazine has organized scientific seminars and thematic seminars with the participation of many experts, scientists and managers to better identify current institutional bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to remove them. The results of these seminars are the foundation for the formation of this special thematic publication.

The special thematic publication is a work of in-depth research on institutional barriers that are hindering Vietnam's socio-economic development, as well as world experience.

The content of the book not only analyzes theory but also makes practical reform proposals to promote growth and innovate the national development model in the new era.

Many contents were mentioned such as: Identifying and classifying institutional bottlenecks; Impact of institutional reform on socio-economic development; Solutions to remove institutional bottlenecks; Learning international experience in institutional reform.

At the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Duong - Chairman of the Advisory Council for Democracy and Law (Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front) and Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Duy Duc - former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics) - shared his comments on this special topic.

Experts say that this special topic is one of the important efforts of the Magazine to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of institutional reform - a key factor determining the development of Vietnam in the new context.

This is not only a research work, but also an important reference document for policymakers, experts, businesses and the public interested in the country's strategic issues.
