The Deputy Prime Minister said that good human resources are needed to master technology, so it is necessary to increase training and attract high-quality human resources in this field.
Referring to the press and social networks, the Deputy Prime Minister said that in recent times, the revolutionary press has proactively promoted propaganda on Party building, socio-economic development, and cultural history, creating consensus and trust for society, setting examples of good people and good deeds, and honoring role models for society to learn from.
In order for the press to develop in the coming time, the Deputy Prime Minister said that it is necessary to perfect the Press Law and related laws; strengthen training and coaching to keep up with technology and modern factors; orient propaganda and provide accurate, fresh, correct and highly topical information; tighten the criteria and objectives of newspapers and magazines.
In addition, the financial mechanism for press agencies should be strengthened. The Deputy Prime Minister said that the Government is proposing that the National Assembly reduce corporate income tax for both electronic and printed newspapers to 10%.
