According to the Decision of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Mr. Pham Hong Thai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee will no longer participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and no longer hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Than Uyen commune; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee from April 1, 2026.
Also at the Conference, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Specifically, receiving Mr. Lo Van Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to receive his assignment at the Department of Home Affairs, appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, the term of appointment is 5 years, from March 26, 2026.
Transferring and appointing Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh - Chief Inspector of the province to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice, the term of appointment is 5 years, from April 1, 2026.
Transferring and appointing Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Director of the Department of Finance to hold the position of Chief Inspector of the province, the term of appointment is 5 years, from April 1, 2026.
Transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Hong Truong - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance, the term of appointment is 5 years, from April 1, 2026.
