Lao Cai - Secretary of the Si Ma Cai District Party Committee was transferred and appointed as Chief Inspector of the province.

On the morning of March 7, Lao Cai held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Provincial Chief Inspector.

At the conference, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province - presented the decision to transfer Mr. Ha Duc Minh - Secretary of the Si Ma Cai District Party Committee - to hold the position of Chief Inspector of the province, from March 6, 2025.

Mr. Ha Duc Minh (Tay ethnic group, born in 1987, hometown in Hung Khanh commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province).

Before being transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Si Ma Cai District Party Committee, then Chief Inspector of Lao Cai Province, Mr. Ha Duc Minh held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Rural Youth, Workers and Urban Areas, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union, term XII, 2012 - 2017; Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union Party Cell; Delegate of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2016 - 2021; Delegate of the 15th National Assembly.

On the morning of March 4, at the 16th session of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sinh - Chief Inspector of Lao Cai Province - was unanimously elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term XVI, 2021 - 2026.
