According to the plan, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong is expected to organize 3 meetings and direct dialogues with the people.
In particular, in April, he will meet and dialogue with people in Lao Cai City. In July, they will meet and dialogue in Bao Thang district. In October, a dialogue will be held with people in Bat Xat district.
The content of the meeting and dialogue on local socio-economic development issues, land, construction, environment, compensation and site clearance and other issues were of concern.
Through contact and direct dialogue activities, it is aimed at listening to people's thoughts and aspirations.
At the same time, grasp the difficulties and inadequacies in practice and absorb the recommendations and proposals of the people to promptly direct the resolution of the issues of concern.

The Provincial People's Committee Office synthesizes opinions via email reporting, asking for opinions from the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee on the time, location of the event and the contents that need to be contacted and discussed.
Along with that, it is necessary to advise on documents assigning departments, branches, sectors and localities to study the content of recommendations and propose solutions to resolve people's opinions.
After the meeting and dialogue conference, no later than 10 days, chair the Conference to issue a Conclusion Notice, send it to relevant agencies and units for consideration and resolution of people's petitions and send it to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and relevant agencies for inspection and supervision according to regulations.
