The highlight of the program is a fireworks display lasting about 15 minutes, which is one of the largest scale programs ever in fireworks displays in Hanoi.
According to the organizers, the total number of fireworks used for the performance is nearly 10,000 units, including about 4,600 high-altitude fireworks, 950 sprayers and 4,400 fireworks tubes. This scale is many times higher than the annual fireworks display events in Hanoi. In which, the number of high-altitude fireworks alone is nearly 7 times higher than previous occasions.
The organizing committee said that the fireworks battlefield for the first time is located directly on the roof and on both sides of stand B of My Dinh Stadium in an arc-shaped terrain. Meanwhile, the high-altitude fireworks display area is designed to strictly ensure technical, safety and aesthetic requirements.
