The development of a plan to reorganize and reorganize commune-level administrative units shall be submitted to the Standing Committee of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee before April 15.; the development of a plan to reorganize commune-level administrative units shall be submitted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before April 30. In Nghe An province, on March 21, the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province sent a document to the People's Committees of 20 districts, cities and towns in the whole province to propose developing a plan to reorganize ADUs at the commune level.
Based on the criteria of area, population size and other criteria, Nghe An Department of Home Affairs has guided localities on specific arrangement plans.
Nghe An province plans to reduce 412 commune-level administrative units to the current level of 88 to 95 units. Nghe An Provincial Department of Home Affairs requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to urgently plan the arrangement of commune-level administrative units to send to the Department of Home Affairs before March 28.
In Hai Duong, the Steering Committee for summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the province (Provincial Steering Committee) issued Official Letter No. 03-CV/BCD dated March 21 on continuing to reorganize the province's political system.
The Provincial Steering Committee requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to develop a Project on the Arrangement and Merger of Commune-level administrative units (specific functions and tasks, organizational apparatus, staffing; arrangement of cadres, working headquarters; handling assets, headquarters...), report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before April 30, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and agencies to implement tasks related to arrangement and merger, ensuring timeliness and synchronization with the Central Government's progress. Coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to arrange affiliated Party organizations.
In Hai Phong, the City People's Committee has also issued Plan No. 73/KH-UBND to deploy the development of a Project to continue to arrange the city's administrative units according to Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
The People's Committee of Hai Phong City requires reporting to the city's competent authorities and reporting to the Ministry of Home Affairs on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in March 2025.
The Hai Phong City People's Committee requested to complete the project and submit it to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Government, and the National Assembly Standing Committee in May 2025.
