Finalizing the plan to arrange villages and residential groups before June 10.

According to Directive 21/CT-TTg dated May 20, 2026 of the Prime Minister, the plan for arranging villages and residential groups needs to focus on 3 main requirements.

First, consolidate non-specialized personnel after arrangement. Ensure support policies and well resolve regimes for resigned people. The plan must be approved by the Party Committee at the same level before promulgation.

Second, the arrangement must meet the criteria of the Government and the requirements for operating the 2-level local government model.

Third, it is necessary to comprehensively assess the specific factors of history, culture, customs, geography, national defense, security and community cohesion. Pay special attention to mountainous areas, borders, islands, ethnic minority areas and areas with religious elements.

Receive vehicle registration results on VNeID, VNeTraffic

The Minister of Public Security issued Circular No. 37/2026/TT-BCA, amending and supplementing a number of articles of circulars related to vehicle registration and inspection work; effective from June 8, 2026.

Accordingly, based on Article 1 of Circular No. 37/2026/TT-BCA, vehicle owners can choose to receive vehicle registration results through one of the following forms: Public service portal; postal service; receiving directly at the vehicle registration agency.

At the same time, the electronic data of vehicle registration certificates is integrated on the National Identification Application (VNeID) and the Traffic Application on digital devices for citizens (VNeTraffic) managed and operated by the Ministry of Public Security.

All gas stations must sell E10 gasoline

According to the provisions of Circular 50/2025/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the roadmap for applying the blending ratio of biofuels in Vietnam has had important changes since June 1, 2026.

According to Clause 1, Article 4, unleaded gasoline according to current national technical regulations must be mixed and blended into E10 gasoline to supply and use for gasoline engines nationwide. Although E10 gasoline has been widely applied since this time, E10 gasoline is not only sold on the market.

According to Clause 2, Article 4 of this Circular, E5RON92 gasoline will still be allowed to be mixed and mixed for use. The circulation route of E5RON92 gasoline will last until the end of December 31, 2030.

To ensure that the roadmap is implemented seriously, the Domestic Market Management and Development Department has issued Official Dispatch 1525/TTTN-NV. Accordingly, from June 1, 2026, functional forces will inspect and strictly handle gasoline and oil retail stores that do not sell E10 gasoline on schedule.

Article 8 of Circular No. 08/2026 of the Ministry of Science and Technology stipulates that from June 15, when detecting a subscriber having changes in terminal equipment compared to previously used equipment, telecommunications enterprises must implement measures to review and may temporarily suspend the provision of incoming telecommunications services (telephone calls, sending SMS messages to other mobile subscribers) for a maximum of 2 hours if the subscriber has not re-verified the biometrics of facial images.

Verification is carried out by comparing a direct face photo of the subscriber with data in the National Population Database, ID Database, National Immigration Database or biometric data that has been legally stored at the telecommunications enterprise.

The above regulation aims to prevent telecommunications agents from using illegally collected personal information to pre-register SIM cards, then resell them to others for use without transferring ownership.
