On August 17, Tam Thang Ward People's Committee announced that the Ward Public Administration Service Center has just issued a plan to implement and apply the "2 no, 3 yes" model.
This is not a new model and has been implemented in a ward in Vung Tau City before, but is now being studied, applied, and continued to be implemented by Tam Thang Ward for its effectiveness in serving the people.
In which, 2 does not include: not leaving documents behind, not allowing people to travel many times. And 3 are: responsible, smiling, thank you.
The above model was thoroughly grasped by the Ward Public Administration Service Center to all cadres, civil servants, and workers who are working; signed a commitment to implement and comply with the code of conduct.
The ward also publicly lists the process, deadline, fee/ charge; ward leader phone number for people to report. At the same time, proactively review and recommend shortening processing time and simplifying file components according to authority....
In addition, Tam Thang ward is also actively transforming digitally, applying software in its activities., as well as implementing instructions for people to use online public services; directly supporting people with limited digital skills; using an electronic satisfaction assessment system at transaction counters.
Previously, the People's Committee of Tam Thang Ward (HCMC) announced the termination of cash collection at the headquarters of the People's Committee of the ward, for tax, fee, charge and administrative fines. Instead, individuals/organization will fulfill their financial obligations through a system of commercial banks that coordinate with Transaction Office No. 15 of the State Treasury Region II.
This contributes to promoting and developing cashless payments in the State Treasury sector to agencies, organizations and individuals in the area.
In addition, Tam Thang Ward also organized the announcement of approved 1/500 planning areas, where people are exempted from construction permits.
