Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 180/TTr-UBND dated November 6, 2024 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to Mr. Le Huy Chien, Teacher of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted under the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province.
To have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Council issued Official Dispatch No. 1970 requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days regarding Mr. Le Huy Chien.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above individual should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
According to the Electronic Information Portal of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, Mr. Le Huy Chien was born in 1979, has a master's degree, and is currently the Deputy Head of the Biology - Technology Department of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted.
