Military Region 4 announces, hands over decisions, appoints officers
On June 13, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region 4 Command held a conference to announce and hand over the decision to approve, transfer, and appoint cadres according to the decision of the Minister of National Defense.
At the conference, Colonel Pham Van Dong - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region announced the decisions of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee on approving, transferring and appointing cadres.
Accordingly, Major General Le Van Trung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region was approved by the Central Military Commission to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Military Region Party Committee.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Dinh Thi - Deputy Political Commissar of the 16th Artillery Brigade was appointed to the position of Political Commissar of the 16th Artillery Brigade.
The General Department of Politics of the People's Army presented the decision on personnel work
On the afternoon of June 12, in Hanoi, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work.
Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics chaired the conference.
Among the decisions announced, there is a Decision on early salary increase for Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc - Director of the Propaganda Department.
This is the recognition of the Ministry of National Defense for the outstanding contributions of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc in the past time, in his position as Director of the Propaganda Department.
In addition, the Minister of National Defense issued a decision to transfer and appoint a number of officials:
Colonel Vu Phu Dung - Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department, Department of Personnel - holds the position of Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department.
Colonel Dau Trong Quang - Head of the Organization and Regulations Department, Department of Organization - holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Organization.
Colonel Nguyen Huu Tuyen - Head of the Reporter Department, Propaganda Department - was transferred to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Coast Guard Region 1 Command.
Regarding retirement decisions, there are a number of officials of the General Department of Politics who retire early according to Decree 177/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
