Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung has just signed Decision No. 525/QD-TTg dated March 31, 2026 of the Prime Minister approving the training and fostering program for 10,000 CEOs to 2030 (program).
Striving to 2030, train and foster 10,000 executives and management staff of private economic enterprises nationwide, of which at least 25% of trainees are female.
Achieving 100% of trainees completing the training course have the ability to apply modern management knowledge and skills to business practice, have the ability to lead digital transformation and green transformation, risk management and compliance with the law.
At the same time, forming and developing a network of alumni; organizing forums for CEOs; developing a network of reputable CEO training institutions at home and abroad.
Beneficiaries are students from enterprises and companies in the private economic sector: Chairman of the Member Council, member of the Member Council; Chairman of the company; Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Board of Directors; member of the company's joint venture; General Director, Deputy General Director; director, deputy director; professional director, deputy professional director; private business owner; Heads and deputy heads of departments, divisions, professional departments; heads and deputy heads of production teams; individuals holding other management titles as prescribed in the Company's Charter...
According to approval, the program includes the following contents:
Trainees are supported by the state budget to participate in training courses in the form of direct, online (through available online tools or through the E-learning online training system) or combined form (combining direct and online) with training content suitable to the basic content of the 10,000 CEO training course specified in the appendix issued with this decision; trainees are issued certificates or certificates of completion of the training course.
CEO training courses include: Strategic leadership training course; CEO training course; Professional Director training course; practical business administration training course (Mini MBA); successor leadership training course (Next Gen CEO).
Training time: from 30-90 days depending on the training course.
Supporting the training of CEOs through Scholarships or organizing training courses or through the E-learning online training system.
Trainees who complete the training course are selected by the supporting agency to participate in the following support programs: Leadership Lab program; CEO readiness program; CEO Talk program.
Program implementation costs include:
State budget regular expenditure sources supporting the implementation of the Program: Central budget, local budget according to budget decentralization. Encourage the use of funds integrated in other programs and projects that have been approved with objectives suitable to this Program and other legal sources to perform tasks.
Sources of contributions and sponsorships from domestic and foreign students, businesses, organizations, individuals and other legal funding sources outside the state budget.
