According to a quick report from the Election Commission of Nghe An province, as of 3:00 PM on March 13, the early election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in 55 polling stations in 12 border communes, remote and isolated areas in the province took place according to plan, ensuring safety, democracy and in accordance with legal regulations.
Among the 55 early election districts, the voter turnout rate averaged 94%. In particular, there were 46 polling districts with a voter turnout rate of 100%. This result clearly shows the spirit of responsibility and high consensus of voters in special areas.
