From July 1, 2025, the People's Court of Nghe An province will officially put into operation 12 new regional People's Courts. These People's Courts undertake the task of trialing on the scale of each locality and inherit all rights, obligations and responsibilities of the People's Courts at the district, town and city levels.

1. People's Court of Region 1 - Nghe An
Address: No. 72, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province (headquarters of the old Vinh City People's Court).
Inheriting the area: Vinh city and Cua Lo town.
In charge of 6 communes: Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh, Vinh Hung, Vinh Phu, Vinh Loc, Cua Lo.
2. People's Court of Region 2 - Nghe An
Address: Nghi Loc Commune, Nghe An Province (formerly Nghi Loc District People's Court Headquarters)
Inherited areas: Nghi Loc district and Hung Nguyen district.
In charge of 11 communes: Hung Nguyen, Yen Trung, Hung Nguyen Nam, Lam Thanh, Nghi Loc, Phuc Loc, Dong Loc, Trung Loc, Than Linh, Hai Loc, Van Kieu.
3. People's Court of Region 3 - Nghe An

Address: Tuong Duong Commune, Nghe An Province (formerly the headquarters of the People's Court of Tuong Duong District).

12. People's Court of Region 12 - Nghe An
Address: Muong Xen Commune, Nghe An Province (formerly the headquarters of the People's Court of Ky Son District)
Inherited area: Ky Son District.
In charge of 12 communes: Muong Xen, Huu Kiem, Nam Can, Chieu Luu, Na Loi, Muong tip, Na Ngoi, My Ly, Bac Ly, Keng Du, Huoi Tu, Muong Long.
Previously, Nghe An Provincial People's Court announced and awarded the decision to appoint 12 Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice of the Regional People's Court.
