Regarding the petition of citizens Ho Van Dan and Ha Thi Dung on behalf of a number of households in An Lao Nguoc village, Vinh Thinh commune, Vinh Tuong district, accusing Mr. Hoang Van Huy (former Head of An Lao Nguoc village) of taking advantage of his position, power, cheating, appropriating agricultural land and building works encroaching on agricultural land, the Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee assigned the Standing Committee of Vinh Tuong District Party Committee to direct the District People's Committee to promptly consider and resolve the petition of citizens; report the results of the incident before April 15.
