Based on Clause 4, Article 5 of the Regulation on Emulation and Commendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued together with Decision No. 247/QD-BNV dated March 13, 2026, the Ministry of Home Affairs organizes to collect public opinions.
The content of the opinion poll is to propose awarding Certificates of Merit from the Ministry to 26 collectives and 26 individuals. These are collectives and individuals with achievements and contributions to socio-economic development and application of scientific and technical advances in occupational safety and health in 2025.
Previously, on March 16, 2026, the Department of Employment had Official Dispatch No. 21/TTr-CVL sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs. Official Dispatch proposing commendation for Certificates of Merit for 26 collectives and 26 individuals according to regulations.
