Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung was approved by the National Assembly to be appointed Minister of Justice for the 2026-2031 term.

On April 8, continuing the First Session, with 481/481 National Assembly deputies participating in the vote in favor, the 16th National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of Ministers and other members of the Government for the 2026-2031 term.

In which, Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Law and Justice Committee of the 15th National Assembly was approved by the National Assembly to be appointed Minister of Justice for the 2026-2031 term.
