Accordingly, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, is responsible for fully performing his duties and powers according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of Local Government and the law.
At the same time, comprehensive leadership and management of the work of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial People's Committee, Heads of agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, Chairmen of Commune People's Committees.
Thereby, directly directing and operating large, important, strategic, difficult, sensitive tasks that have a great impact on the development of the province in areas under the functions, tasks and powers of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Chairman assigns Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee to help the Chairman monitor, direct and handle regular work under the authority of the Chairman in each field of work.
The Vice Chairman performs the task assigned by the Chairman; On behalf of the Chairman, decide according to authority and is directly and fully responsible to the Chairman and before the law for his/her decisions, as well as for the tasks, fields, agencies and units assigned to him/her.
On that basis, ensure progress, quality of work and promptly report and seek the Chairman's opinion on important and necessary issues before deciding.
The Vice Chairmen proactively direct, urge, inspect and handle according to their authority difficulties and problems in the implementation of tasks of departments, branches, sectors and commune-level People's Committees in assigned fields; in case of exceeding their authority, they shall report to the Chairman or competent authority for consideration and resolution.
The Vice Chairman directs, inspects, and reviews all documents, projects, drafts, draft resolutions, and work contents in assigned areas before submitting them to the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, and the Provincial People's Council according to regulations.
The Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee are responsible for monitoring, directing and handling according to their authority issues related to personnel work, internal work of departments, branches, sectors and agencies assigned to monitor; responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman when the departments and branches assigned to them do not complete their tasks.
Currently, Lam Dong province has 6 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee including Mr. Le Trong Yen, Nguyen Hong Hai, Dinh Van Tuan, Vo Ngoc Hiep, Nguyen Minh and Nguyen Ngoc Phuc.
Mr. Le Trong Yen was assigned the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Yen, on behalf of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, will lead and manage the general work of the Provincial People's Committee when the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is absent.
Along with that, Mr. Le Trong Yen was assigned to monitor, lead, and operate the areas assigned to him according to his authority.
The remaining Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee are assigned to monitor, lead and manage the areas under their management.
