At the session, the Provincial People's Council dismissed Mr. Nguyen Van Ut from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) and terminated his duties as a delegate of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Previously, Mr. Ut was decided by the Secretariat to be transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
Also in the session, the People's Council of Tay Ninh province elected Mr. Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to hold the position of Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026. Mr. Han was born in 1970, from Vinh Long, has a Bachelor's degree in Literature Pedagogy, a Bachelor's degree in Administration, a Master's degree in Education Management and a Senior degree in Political Theory.
Before taking up his current position, Mr. Le Van Han held many important positions in Tra Vinh province, including the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from November 2020 to June 2025. On June 30, 2025, he was appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and was then appointed by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province. On October 3, 2025, he was appointed by the Politburo to continue to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On November 18, 2025, he was transferred to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
