Appointing Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Huu Tuong, Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Ho Tien Dung to the position of Deputy Director of the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger.
The Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointed the following individuals: Le Hoang Xuan Huong, Tran Ngoc Nam, Truong Hong Diem, Danh Minh Phuoc, Chiem Van Hung, Huynh The Anh, Tran Van Sen, Nguyen Tan Dang, Tran Quoc Toan, Le Trung Chanh, Le Long Hao, Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Nguyen Van Toan, Phan Thanh Giang, Huynh Van Vi to hold the positions of Chief Prosecutors of the People's Procuracy in the area from region 1 to region 15.
At the conference, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointed 40 comrades to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of 15 areas of An Giang province after the merger.
The personnel decisions have a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
In addition, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy presented the retirement decision to Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Kien Giang Provincial People's Procuracy Le Van Duong.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Duc Thai emphasized: the ceremony is an event of very special significance for the country in general and the Procuracy in particular in the process of implementing the 3-level organizational model of the People's Procuracy.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Thai congratulated Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc on being appointed to the position of Director of the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy after the merger, along with the comrades appointed today. The two-level People's Procuracy of An Giang province has officially completed all personnel at the provincial and regional levels, meeting the requirements of the new task.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Nhan said: The new An Giang province has a large population, large area, border characteristics, islands and diverse ethnic and religious residents. This is favorable but also a condition for criminals to take advantage of their activities, especially transnational crimes, high technology, drugs, environment, and economy.
