The Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has decided to transfer Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh (born in 1984) - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) - to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Bac Ninh province and introduce him to be elected as Vice Chairman of the VFF of Bac Ninh province, term XIV, 2024 - 2029.
At the 3rd Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XIV, 2024 - 2029, held this afternoon (February 24), the delegates agreed to elect Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh to participate as a member of the Committee, member of the Standing Committee and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XIV, 2024-2029.
Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh was born in 1984, from Tan Chi commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province. He graduated from university with a major in chess; Master of Education Management. He joined the Party in 2011.
Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh has many years of experience working at the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union. In 2016, while holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, he was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.
In July 2020, Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term at the age of 36.
After 13 days of holding the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh was transferred and appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Bac Ninh province.
In January 2021, Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chinh was appointed as Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Bac Ninh province, replacing Mr. Dinh Van Duan who retired under the regime.
