On the afternoon of August 4, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
Attending were Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung; Deputy Heads of the Central Organization Committee.
At the Conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the decision of the Secretariat to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, member of the Party Executive Committee of the agency, Director of the Organization - Charter Department, Central Organizing Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung emphasized that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh was trained very well, has good moral qualities, experience, and working capacity.
With 11 years of working at the National Academy of Public Administration, from June 2013, Mr. Binh transferred to work at the Central Organizing Committee.
Through his working positions, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh has always shown a high sense of responsibility and proactiveness in grasping the situation, promptly and effectively advising the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee on issues related to major policies and guidelines on organization and cadres in the political system, notably streamlining the organization of the political system, streamlining the payroll, building a model of local government at 2 levels.
At the conference, Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized the very important contributions of strategic advisory agencies, in which the core is the Central Organizing Committee in contributing to perfecting the Party's regulations on streamlining the apparatus, building and operating the model of local government at 2 levels in the recent past.
This process has the contribution of many units of the Central Organizing Committee and one of the leading units is the Department of Organization - Charter.

In the process of continuing to streamline the apparatus, the Central Organizing Committee will continue to advise and contribute to perfecting and fully institutionalizing the Party's guidelines, policies and regulations on organizing the apparatus, building the Party, and personnel work into a synchronous regulatory system; on that basis, the Government and the National Assembly will coordinate to institutionalize into legal regulations to ensure the motto "in, out, up and down" in personnel work; carry out organizational work to serve the 14th National Party Congress.
Emphasizing the key tasks in the coming time of the Central Organizing Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung expressed his confidence that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh will, together with the Board, unite and strive at the highest level to complete the work and tasks that the Central Organizing Committee has been entrusted and assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Executive Committee with quality, efficiency and on schedule.
At the Conference, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh respectfully thanked the Secretariat for trusting him to take on the new position.
At the same time, he emphasized that to be worthy of trust, he himself will strive, uphold the sense of responsibility, determine working principles and motto; closely coordinate and unite with the collective leadership of the Central Organizing Committee, units, comrades and colleagues to strive to best complete the assigned political tasks with the spirit of everything for work, for the common task.
