Cao Bang Provincial Police appoint and transfer 12 department-level leaders

Cao Bang Provincial Police has just held a ceremony to announce the Decisions of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Director of the Provincial Police Department signed a decision to appoint and transfer 12 officers to leadership and command positions. In which, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Kien was appointed to the position of Chief of Staff; the remaining 11 comrades were appointed and transferred to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff and equivalent.

Speaking at the assignment, Colonel Luong Van Thiem - Deputy Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police - highly appreciated the capacity, qualifications, and practical experience of the appointed comrades.

He emphasized that these are all well-trained cadres who have held many different positions. The leaders of the Provincial Police believe that the officers will continue to promote a sense of responsibility, exemplary behavior, internal solidarity, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

On behalf of the appointed officers, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Kien expressed his gratitude for the trust of the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department; at the same time, he pledged to make every effort, apply knowledge and experience well to work with the collective to build a united unit, successfully completing all tasks for the common development of the Provincial Police force.
