Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee considered and gave opinions on the contents of personnel work according to the Central Government's notice.
Accordingly, implementing the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work, Mr. Nguyen The Manh was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; and was also introduced to the Provincial People's Council to elect him to hold the position of Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.
Regarding Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, the Politburo has opinions on resigning from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, resigning from the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 and Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031 to be transferred and assigned to other tasks.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee discussed and agreed on the contents under their authority, and at the same time deployed the next steps in accordance with regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong requested to implement personnel work to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, contributing to maintaining the unified and continuous leadership and direction of the Party Committee and improving the operational efficiency of the political system.

Mr. Nguyen The Manh was born on July 24, 1972, native of Hung Yen province; professional qualifications: Master of Economics, majoring in Finance - Credit; advanced level of political theory.
Mr. Nguyen The Manh has held positions such as Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Finance; Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation; General Director of Vietnam Social Security; Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee.
