Accordingly, the Resolution approves the results of the additional election of Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026 for Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee from February 12, 2026.
Chairman of the Delegate Affairs Committee, Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial People's Council and Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam are responsible for implementing this Resolution.
Previously, on February 12, at the 5th thematic session, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council unanimously elected Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee as Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam (43 years old, Ede ethnicity, from Dak Lak), has a level of education: 12/12; Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Economics; advanced political theory.
Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam used to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dak Lak province, now the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Deputy Chief of Office of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Deputy Secretary, Secretary of the former Cu Kuin District Party Committee.
After the merger, Ms. Phuc Binh Nie Kdam held the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.
