Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 188/QD-TTg dated January 28, 2026 approving the results of the election of the position of Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
According to Decision No. 188/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Ms. Ha Nhat Le - Member of the Executive Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
Previously, at the 40th (thematic) session of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council, XVII term, 2021-2026, the Provincial People's Council dismissed Ms. Ha Nhat Le from the position of Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council. At the same time, Ms. Ha Nhat Le was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairwoman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, XVII term, 2021-2026.
Ms. Ha Nhat Le was born in 1975 in Nguyen Binh commune, Cao Bang province; Senior level of political theory; Master of Public Administration, Bachelor of Journalism.
Before being elected as Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ms. Ha Nhat Le used to hold the positions of Secretary of Bao Lac District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, Standing Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council.
