In Resolution No. 1889, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delegate of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province, term 2021 - 2026 from October 29, 2025.
Previously, on October 29, the 32nd session of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council elected a number of new leadership positions of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee. Accordingly, the delegates elected Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh (born on November 17, 1969), hometown Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province; education level: Master of Business Administration, PhD in Economics. Previously, he held the positions of Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee.

In the Resolution 1890, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thuong Duc Commune, delegate of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Tinh Province, term 2021 - 2026 from October 29, 2025.
